The Remains of the Corps by Will Remain - why I write under a pseudonym

The fictional author of The Remains of the Corps is Will Remain. A pseudonym is a time-honored literary device. In this case, though I am the behind-the-scenes author, the story is best told by a member of the Remain family -- in this case, Will Remain, the grandson of Kenneth Remain, the protagonist of Book I: Eagle. Will is a third-generation Marine and Vietnam Veteran. Remain is an anagram of Marine. In my next post, I will provide detailed background information on The Remains of the Corps.
